In anticipation of enrolling clinical patients on the 9A floor, we are asking that you please begin sending booking sheets to CCI9ABorders@partners.org immediately after scheduling your research visit in the Catalyst Scheduler system. This will help us to streamline admissions and correctly delineate between our research and clinical patients. Please note that all booking sheets for research participants will have the EPIC service listed as “Research” and this field cannot be changed.
We are asking that this new workflow process begin January 28th 2019. Booking sheets submitted prior to this date do not need to be updated with the new form.
